CSIR CSMCRI is recruiting for the position of Project Associate with four vacancies available. The last date to apply is April 28, 2024. For Project Associate-I, candidates must hold an M.Sc. in Chemistry, while for Project Associate-II, an M.Sc. in Chemistry along with two years of research and development experience is required.
The age limit for both positions is 35 years. Emoluments vary based on the selection process, ranging from Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 35,000/- per month, along with applicable HRA. Selected candidates will work on related project activities.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for online interviews, with separate applications required for Project Associate-I and Project Associate-II positions. Selected candidates may have the opportunity to pursue a Ph.D. program through AcSIR. The maximum duration of engagement for project staff is five years, and ineligible candidates and final-year students are advised not to apply.

- 2 Years Experience in research and development in industrial and academic institutions or science and technology organizations and scientific activities and services.

- 31,000/- + HRA to scholars who are selected through (a) National Eligibility Test – CSIR UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professor) GATE. (b) A selection process through a National level examination conducted by Central Government Departments and their agencies and Institutions.
- 25,000 /- + HRA for others who don’t fall under
Project Associate II
