The CSIR-Central Food Technological Research Institute in Mysuru is seeking qualified candidates for the positions of Project Associate Level-I and Project Assistant Level-I for a research project on "Transglycosylating α-glucosidase (tAG) for lowering in-vitro digestibility in food products." The Project Associate position requires a Master's degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Technology, while the Project Assistant position requires a B.Sc. or 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology in specific areas.
Both roles involve conducting experiments, quality control analysis, and documentation, with desirable experience in Microbiology, Enzyme Biochemistry, and Biotechnology. The engagement is temporary for up to one year initially, extendable based on performance, and carries monthly emoluments of ₹25,000 plus HRA for Project Associate and ₹20,000 plus HRA for Project Assistant.

Qualifications Details for CSIR-CFTRI Recruitment 2024

Age Limit for CSIR-CFTRI Recruitment 2024
Candidates should not have exceeded 35 and 50 years of age as on 08-05-2024 i.e., the last date of receiving the applications for PAS-1 and PA, respectively. The engagement of PAS-1 and PA is exclusively for the above-mentioned research work.
