The Central Railway Information Systems (CRIS) is seeking applications for the position of Deputy Manager (HRMS) in New Delhi. The position is available for a five-year duration on deputation, with the possibility of extension. The selected candidate will be placed at Level-11 as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix and will receive pay and allowances according to railway standards.
Eligible candidates must be senior or junior scale railway officers with relevant experience in personnel/establishment areas and proficiency in computerized environments. Those currently at Level 10 with two years of service in relevant grades may also apply for Level 11. The closing date for applications is within 30 days of the issue date. Eligibility Criteria for CRIS Recruitment 2024
- Sr. Scale or Jr. Scale (Level-11/10), Railway officer/IRPS working in Personnel department with relevant experience of working in Personnel/Establishment area are eligible to apply.
- The officer should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment.
- Officer working in Level 10 with two years service in relevant grades shall be considered for Level 11 respectively.
- Officer working in Level 11 will be considered for pay plus deputation (dutv) allowance.
