Qualifications Details for CONCOR Recruitment 2024
SAG/ SG Officer of IRSE cadre who has completed minimum 17 years of Group "A" service will be designated as GGM (P&S) (Civil). SG Officer of IRSE cadre with 14 years but less than 17 years of Group "A" service will be designated as Sr. GM (P&S) (Civil).

The scale of pay for the post of Group General Manager (P&S) (Civil)/ Sr. General Manager (P&S) (Civil) is as follows: E-8 level - 1,20,000-3%-2,80,000 (IDA Scale) and E-7 level - 1,00,000-3%-2,60,000 (IDA scale). As per the existing Government Directive, the appointed officer will receive the salary of their parent department along with deputation allowance.
Selection Process for CONCOR Recruitment 2024
The candidate's screening process will be conducted by a Screening Committee appointed by the Competent Authority. The suitability of the candidate will be assessed in accordance with the job requirements. The selection criteria will involve evaluating various aspects such as Professional Ability, Experience, Skills, Comprehension, Aptitude, etc., on a scale of 100 points. This evaluation will include considerations like:
- Professional Ability: 30 Marks
- Experience: 20 Marks
- Seniority: 20 Marks
