The Co-operative City Bank in Guwahati has announced vacancies for the positions of General Manager and Deputy General Manager. The General Manager position offers a salary ranging from Rs. 65,250 to Rs. 97,505, with additional allowances. The Deputy General Manager position offers a salary ranging from Rs. 62,400 to Rs. 92,095, along with other allowances.

Qualification for Co-operative City Bank Recruitment 2024
- Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for the post. 1st class Post Graduate in any discipline. Candidates having prior experience in Cooperative Banks/ Small Finance Banks/ Micro financewill be given preference.
Experience
- 10 years Banking/ Financial Services experience at officer level out of which 5 years must be in the Senior Manager level for the post of General Manager. Proficiency in PC skills eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- 8 years Banking/ Financial Services experience at officer level out of which 3 years must be in the Senior Manager level for the post of Deputy general manager.
- The candidate must be a “ Strategic Thinker, and adynamic leader to lead, coach & mentor team with strong interpersonal skills and high business acumen and have displayed these qualities while heading the Deptt. Or Senior member team.
