Qualifications Details for CISF Recruitment 2024
The candidates must have passed 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board/University with science subject on or before closing date of receipt of online Application Form.
Age Limit for CISF Recruitment 2024
- For the LPSC recruitment, candidates must be between 18 and 23 years old as of 30.09.2024, with a birthdate between 01/10/2001 and 30/09/2006. Age relaxations are available: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and 3 years for Ex-Servicemen after adjusting military service.
- Children of victims from the 1984 riots or 2002 Gujarat riots receive additional relaxation: 5 years for UR/EWS, 8 years for OBC, and 10 years for SC/ST. Candidates’ age and name must match their Matriculation/Secondary certificates. Ex-Servicemen who have secured government employment previously are not eligible for ESM category benefits unless they meet specific conditions.

Selection Process for CISF Recruitment 2024
- The CISF recruitment process includes Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Document Verification (DV), Written Examination (OMR/CBT), and Medical Examination (DME/RME). Candidates must achieve a minimum of 35% in the Written Examination for UR/EWS/ESM and 33% for SC/ST/OBC to advance.

Applicants should upload a recent color passport-size photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm) in JPEG format (20-50 KB) with the date printed on it, and a scanned signature (4.0 cm x 2.0 cm) in JPEG format (10-20 KB). Scanned copies of Matriculation and Senior Secondary Certificates in PDF format are required.
