The District Court of Chittoor is inviting applications for various posts, including Special Judicial Magistrates of the Second Class in Chittoor, Nagari, and Pakala. The filled-in applications, along with attested photocopies of certificates and passport-sized photographs, should be sent by registered post to the Principal District Judge at Chittoor-517001. Qualifications Details for Chittoor District Court Recruitment 2024
- Who has held any post in A.P. Higher Judicial Services or State Judicial Services and retired or resigned; or
- Who has held a post of Section Officer and above in the Andhra Pradesh High Court Service and has Law Degree; or
- Who has held a post in the A.P. Judicial Ministerial Services not below the rank of Superintendent of District Court or Senior Civil Judge's Court or Junior Civil Judge's Court and has a low degree; or
- A non-practicing Advocate with a practice at the Bar of not less than five years standing and who is above 45 years of age; or
- Any retired Gazetted Officer possessing Law Degree or who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and who has ovorricad Monictorial nowens during his tenure of service for not less than three years.
- And who has at least one year to complete 65 years of age at the date fixed by the Court in the year of recruitment shall alone be eligible.
- Provided that a suitable retired Judicial Officer shall be preferred.
Age Limit for Chittoor District Court Recruitment 2024
- A non-practicing Advocate with a practice at the bar of not less than five years standing and who is above 45 years of age;
- Any retired Gazetted Officer possessing Law Degree or who has passed the Criminal Judicial Test (Full test consisting of Indian Penal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure) conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission and who has exercised Magisterial powers during his tenure of service for not less than three years.
- And who has at least one year to complete 65 years of age at the date fixed by the Court in the year of recruitment shall alone be eligible.
- Provided that a suitable retired Judicial Officer shall be preferred.
Pay Scale for Chittoor District Court Recruitment 2024
Honorarium paid from the date of assuming of Charge or the date on which powers are conferred by the High Court whichever is later. Rs.45,000/- per month and Rs.5,000/- per month towards conveyance as per G.O.Rt.No.1142, Law (L and LA&J Home-Courts.A) Department, dated 17.10.2013 communicated by the Hon'ble High Court in terms of Judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court.
