Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri is inviting applications for the post of Head Assistant. The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 22,000 to Rs. 97,000 per month. Candidates must have served as Upper Division Assistants or serving as Supervisory Assistants continuously for at least 7 years in the Establishment, as of 01-01-2024.
The relaxation of working experience of 3 years is given in certain cases. Interested candidates should submit their applications in the Standard Form published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX, along with a self-attested recent passport-size photograph, through their proper channel.
Experience Certificate issued by the respective Chief Judicial Magistrate and all testimonials should also be enclosed. Applications must reach the Office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, by 5:00 PM on 05-04-2024.

Qualification for Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri Recruitment 2024
- The intending candidates must have served as Upper Division Assistants or serving as Supervisory Assistant continuously for at least 7 (Seven) years in the Establishment, as on 01-01-2024. The relaxation of working experience of 03 years is given in view of Rule 17 of the
- “The Assam Chief Judicial Magistrates Establishment (Ministerial) Service Rules, 1987” and the letter vide No.DJ.XII-4/2017- 18/1468/E, Dated, Dhubri the 13th March of 2024, in the event of not getting any suitable candidates of having 10 (ten) years’ experiences on the earlier recruitment process.

Applications are invited from the intending eligible candidates of the Establishment of any Chief Judicial Magistrates (Ministerial) of the State of Assam for filling up the post of Head Assistant in the usual scale of pay Rs. 22,000/- - Rs. 97,000/- + Grade pay Rs. 10,300/- and other allowances as admissible per month under the Establishment of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri
Selection Procedure for Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri Recruitment 2024
Candidates applying for the position of Head Assistant at the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhubri, should note that they will have to appear before the Selection Board for an interview at their own expense. No Travel Allowance (T.A.) or Daily Allowance (D.A.) will be entitled for appearing in the interview.
