The Chennai Port Authority has issued a notice inviting applications for the position of Executive Engineer (Elec.) (Class I) in the M & EE Department. The position, with a pay scale of Rs.50000-160000 (Revised), is open for absorption/deputation from eligible officers of Major Port Authorities who meet the qualifications and experience requirements outlined in the provided RR.
Eligible candidates must apply through the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways' Online Application Portal and submit a printed application along with required documents. These include copies of educational qualifications and experience, an undertaking not to withdraw if selected, and a self-attested passport-size photo.
Ports must forward applications of suitable officers with necessary documents to the Chennai Port Authority by May 22, 2024, including photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years, candidate's willingness to join if selected, and a No Objection Certificate from the respective Port Authority.
