Roles and Responsibilities for CEPT University Recruitment 2024
- Maintenance Office.Ensure safety and security in the University campus and surrounding areas.
- Managing and controlling the entry and exit of visitors, vehicles and goods/materials in the Campus premises, managing complete access control.
- Authorising ID Cards of Students, visiting faculties and temporary cards of visitors by verifying the details.
- Visitors Management including VIP Guest movement, during various events happening on campus.Supervision of Fire Fighting Equipment and procedures along with training to staff.
- Providing and accessing regular training of security personnels.Verification and certification of outsourced agency staff attendance and bills.
- Supporting Hostel Committee in night shift at Boys and Girls Hostel blocks related to regular rounds, medical emergencies, and other operational requirements.
- Liaison with government authorities and local police for various permissions and lodging FIR on behalf of CEPT University.
- Look after the infrastructure and facilities upkeep at nighttime as directed by Campus Maintenance Office.
