Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) operates as a subsidiary of Coal India Limited (CIL), functioning under the Government of India's administration. Originally established in 1956 as the National Coal Development Corporation Limited, it achieved Category-I Mini Ratna status in October 2007.

CCL oversees the management of nationalized coal mines under the jurisdiction of the Coal Mines Authority, specifically the Central division. The company's headquarters are situated at Darbhanga House in Ranchi, Jharkhand.

1. Position: Shovel Operator and Drill Operator

2. No of Vacancy:

• Shovel Operator: 22
• Drill Operator: 11

3. Qualification:

• Shovel Operator: Matriculation
• Drill Operator: Class-VIIth standard

Mode of Selection for Central Coalfields Recruitment 2024

• The Selection of eligible employees will be made through a Committee constituted at HQ level.
• After selection the concerned will be posted in different areas of CCL/Training institute as per requirement for on the job training.
• On successfully competition of one year on job training they will be placed as Training Operator in grade/Excv. Cat- D.
