Pay Scale For Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
- Commission/ Remuneration to Resolution Agents in NPA A/cs with an O/s up to Rs 25.00 Crore, out of Cash Recovery made will be as under
- Applicable GST will be paid over & above the applicable commission.
- Amount of commission shall be paid on the amount recovered after deduction of TDS/ any other tax liable to be deducted at source.
- In case the Resolution Agent brings the NPA Defaulter on negotiation table for OTS settlement & borrower agrees for OTS settlement, the commission will be paid as per prescribed rate on the amount recovered other than Non-Discretionary Non-Discriminatory OTS Scheme.
Functions/ Duties For Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
- Resolution Agents should do all endeavors for recovery through Negotiation/ SARFAESI/ Litigations etc, all liaising works with all stake holders including Govt. Departments/ Semi Govt. Offices etc. for realization of the amount of the borrower company’s O/s dues.
- Resolution Agent should be advised in writing, not to take any step or do any act which may constitute as unlawful or illegal act.
- Resolution Agents should abide by law while recovering bank‟s dues. Resolution Agent should abide by RBI Guidelines on Code of Conduct in Outsourcing of Financial Services by banks as per RBI/2006/167 DBOD.No.BP.40/ 21.04.158/2006-7, dated 03/11/2006.
Termination of Contract For Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024
- In case of unsatisfactory performance, the Contract between the Bank & the Resolution Agent can be terminated after giving one month notice to the Resolution Agent.
