Applications are invited for one post of Consultant (Defence/Non-Defence business) on contract basis. Superannuated personnel from Govt/PSUs can also apply. The qualifications and experience shall be as follows
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should possess B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.. The candidate should have minimum 20 years of experience in the following areas of work :
a) Mandatory
1) The candidate should have R&D background with involvement in design, development, customer requirement analysis, involvement in customer trials with clients in defence/non- defence sectors.
2) Expertise in managing collaborative R&D projects covering MOU’s, teaming agreements, NDA’s, multi-site developments with R&D institutions like IIT’s, IIIT’s etc.
3) Capability to provide consultancy in steering projects from user requirements to customer acceptance.
b) Preferable
1) Microwave component testing including knowledge on radar, antennas etc.
2) Familiarity with applicable mandatory standards of government like IEEE etc.
3) Knowledge of modern requirement of Indian defence forces with regard to digitization, C4I, UAV etc.
Emoluments
Emoluments (Consolidated Pay): Rs.1,15,000/- per month.
Age Limit
Maximum age of 63 years as on 31.01.2024.
