CBI Recruitment 2024 Eligibility

The following points may be kept in view while submitting the request for the appointment/engagement of CBI Special Public Prosecutors (Retainer Counsels for High Court) to conduct CBI Cases before the Hon'ble High Court of Allahabad at Allahabad and its Bench at Lucknow:

• Educational Qualifications: LLB
• Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council
• Experience at BAR of handling Criminal matters in Hon'ble High Court. An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by Government of India from time to time.
• Details of important cases handled by the applicant Advocate.
• A minimum standing of 10 years as an Advocate is required for considering an Advocate for CBI Special Public Prosecutor (Retainer Counsel for High Court) who have experience in handling Criminal Matters.

How to apply for CBI Recruitment 2024

• Documents to be submitted along with the application:
• Educational Qualifications.
• Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
• Experience at Bar for 10 years or more as an Advocate who have experience in handling Criminal Matters in Hon'ble High Courts.
• An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by Government of India from time to time.
• Details of important cases handled by the applicant Advocate.
• The complete application in prescribed format alongwith the requisite documents should be submitted through online link. In case of incomplete applications and applications received offline and after the last date shall not be considered.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interaction by CBI.
