Qualification for CBI Recruitment 2024
Officers under the Central Government failing which from State Governments
a) holding analogous posts; or
(ii) with five years' service in posts in the rank of Assistant Executive Engineer or equivalent; or
(iii) with eight years' service in posts in the rank of Assistant Engineer or equivalent; and
(b) Possessing the following essential and desirable qualifications and experience
Essential: -
I. Degree in Civil Engineering of a recognized University or equivalent
II. Seven years' experience as Civil Engineer in a supervisory capacity.
Desirable: Experience in estimation evaluation and examination of buildings.
Pay Scale for CBI Recruitment 2024
The post falls under the General Central Service, categorized as Group 'A' Gazetted Non-Ministerial. The pay scale for this position is PB-3, with a salary range of 15600-39100/-, and a Grade Pay of 6600/- as per the pre-revised structure. Under the 7th Central Pay Commission, it corresponds to Level-11 of the Pay Matrix
Age Limit for CBI Recruitment 2024
For the CBI Recruitment 2024 for the position of Executive Engineer, the maximum age limit for appointment through deputation, including short-term contracts, must not exceed 56 years as of the closing date for the receipt of applications.
Selection Procedure for CBI Recruitment 2024
The recruitment method for this position is by deputation. The period of deputation, including any tenure served in another ex-cadre post immediately prior to this appointment, within the same or another organization or department of the Central Government, shall typically not exceed three years.
