CBI Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Special Public Prosecutor Vacancies, Check Eligibility at cbi.gov.in
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is recruiting for the position of Special Public Prosecutor in Madurai, with one vacancy available. Applicants must have a Law degree, an Enrollment Certificate as an advocate with the Bar Courts, and at least 10 years of experience handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts, including bank cases and PC Act cases.
The candidate must show an unconditional willingness to work under the general terms and conditions set by the Government of India. Professional fees for this role are governed by DoPT ID No.225/19/2023-ADV-II dated 08.04.2024. Interested candidates should apply online through the CBI's official website, cbi.gov.in, by 31.07.2024. Incomplete applications and offline submissions will not be considered. Selected candidates will be called for an interaction/interview in Chennai or Madurai, where they must present their original documents.

Qualifications Details for CBI Recruitment 2024
- Educational Qualification in Law
- Enrollment Certificate as an advocate with the Bar Courts.
- Experience at BAR of handling criminal matters in Sessions Courts.
- An Unconditional willingness to work on the general terms & Conditions approved by Government of India from time to time
- A minimum standing of 10 years as an advocate with experience in handling Bank cases, PC Act Cases and other criminal matters.
Professional Fee for CBI Recruitment 2024
The professional fees of the Advocates will be governed by the terms & conditions in DoPT ID No.225/19/2023-ADV-II dated 08.04.2024 (copy attached).

- The complete application in the attached prescribed format along with the requisite documents should be submitted through online link https://cbi.gov.in/vacancy-list/MQ==. Incomplete applications and applications submitted offline shall not be considered. Further, no applications shall be entertained by CBI, which are submitted after last date of submission of application.
- It may be noted that after scrutiny of applications, suitable candidates may be called for interaction/interview at CBI office, Chennai/Madurai. They shall have to bring all the uploaded and supporting documents in original during the interaction/interview.
