CBI Recruitment 2024 Notification Out Special Public Prosecutors Vacancies, Check Eligibility at cbi.gov.in
CBI is inviting applications for the position of Special Public Prosecutors in Dhanbad. Candidates must possess an LLB degree and have an enrollment certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council. They should also have experience in handling criminal cases, an unconditional willingness to work under the general terms and conditions set by the Government of India, and a minimum standing of 10 years or more as an Advocate.
The application process requires submission of a complete application in the prescribed proforma along with necessary documents through the official website, cbi.gov.in, by July 26, 2024. Only online applications will be accepted, and shortlisted candidates will be called for interaction with the CBI Interaction Committee.

Qualifications Details for CBI Recruitment 2024
- Educational Qualification: LLB
- Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
- Experience at Bar in handling criminal cases.
- An unconditional willingness/consent to work on the general terms and conditions approved by the Government of India from time to time.
- Details of important cases handled by the applicant Advocate.
- A minimum standing of 10 years or more as an Advocate having experience in handling criminal matters.
Application Fee for CBI Recruitment 2024
Professional fee of the Advocates appointed/engaged as Special Public Prosecutor will be governed by the terms and conditions contained in DoPT letter No.225/19/2023-AVD-II dated 08.04.2024 (copy attached).

- The complete application in prescribed proforma along with the requisite documents should be submitted online through the given link. The documents will be uploaded by the applicant through the link. In case of incomplete application and application received offline and after the last date, application shall not be considered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interaction by CBI. Applicants shall have to bring all the uploaded and supporting documents, in original, during the interaction with the Interaction Committee.
