Qualifications Details for BOI Recruitment 2024
- Graduate/Post graduate degree from UGC recognized university.
- The applicant should possess satisfactory service certificate from previous employer.
- The applicant should be well conversant with the local language.
Age Limit for BOI Recruitment 2024
- Age should not be above 63 years as on 29.02.2024 (With sound health)
- Retired bank officers (On superannuation of VRS with age not more than 63 years as on 29.02.2024) preferably having a background of rural credit and branch exposure.
Pay Scale for BOI Recruitment 2024
- Presently Rs.18,000/- per month ( Terms & conditions apply)
- The monthly consolidated remuneration is Rs.18000/- per month subject to conduct of minimum 8 outdoor camps per month. An additional sum of Rs.500/- to be paid towards telephone expenses on declaration basis. As these counselors are expected to conduct outdoor camps as well, a lump sum expenses of Rs.1500/- be reimbursed in lieu of not providing conveyance, provided they are holding minimum 8 (Eight) such outdoor camos ner month..
Terms And Condition for BOI Recruitment 2024
- The applicants should have retired on attaining superannuation from Bank service as Officer in Scale II and above for working as in charge of FLC. The post will be a contractual one.
- Candidates should preferably be resident of local area in which the FLC is located.
- His/her integrity should not have been doubtful during his/her service in the bank.
- Counsellor are expected to counsel the public in all issues related with Financial institution. Proficiency in local language (Reading, writing, speaking and understanding) is essential.
- Working days- 6days per week (Expect second and fourth Saturday of the month)
- The officials should have right aptitude for conducting training and rural development activities.
- Application to be submitted in bank prescribed format along with employer bank certificate.
- The selection is based on performance in the interview. Decision of the bank in this regard will be final.
- The candidate will be engaged on contractual basis for a period of one year. Renewal may be possible at Bank sole discretion as per extant policies and rules.
- Bank shall be within its right review the performance of counsellor monthly/quarterly/half yearly. If the performance of counselor is found unsatisfactory bank shall be within its right to terminate the contract forthwith without any prior notice or any payment in lieu of notice.
