- Educational Qualifications: BE / MCA / M.Tech / B.Sc (Computers) / PGDBA / MBA / BCA
- Minimum Experience: The applicant must have experience of minimum 10 years if Post Graduate & 16 years if Graduate including material (at least 5 years’ experience) in product/project management
- Job specific skills: Strong understanding of digital technologies, including mobile development, cloud computing, APIs, middleware such as Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and data analytics
- Demonstrated track record of leading digital product development initiatives from concept to launch, with a focus on customer experience and business outcomes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks
- Experience managing technology budgets, vendor relationships, and crossfunctional teams in a matrix organization.
