BOB Capital Markets (BOBCAPS) has announced the recruitment for the position of Chief Risk Officer in 2024. The position is based in Mumbai, and the last date to apply is September 14, 2024. The Chief Risk Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s risk portfolio, particularly in Retail and Institutional Broking. The role includes reviewing and updating risk policies, monitoring trading platforms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory provisions. The candidate will also prepare SOPs, oversee all Risk Management functions, and present MIS to the management. Applicants must have strong leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage risk operations effectively. Qualifications Details for BOBCAPS Recruitment 2024
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required. Candidate should additionally possess Diploma / Degree in Financial Risk Management from any Recognized University).
- NISM VII - SORM Certification. (Preference would be given for CA/CFA).
- 10+ years relevant experience in RMS profile in a medium to large Broking House.
Job Description/ Responsibilities for BOBCAPS Recruitment 2024
- Managing the entire risk portfolio of the company with specialization in Retail & Institutional Broking.
- Reviewing various risk policies from time to time and updating the RMS for the company and continuous monitoring of trading platforms.
- Knowledge of all relevant regulatory provisions for the business of the company. Prepare SOPs of necessary systems and tools for implementing robust risk policies aligning with market practices.
- Preparing and presenting regular MIS to the management. Analyzing future risks and proactive implementation of necessary processes to reduce/ eliminate the same.
- Overviewing all Risk Management Functions including Monitoring Clients exposure & limits, Margin Funding Risks, Positions & ensuring suitable action is taken as per Company’s Risk Management Policy
