BOBCARD, a subsidiary of Bank of Baroda and a leading player in India's credit card industry since 1994, seeks an Assistant Vice President or Manager for IT Application Support in Mumbai. The role entails managing day-to-day support for IT applications, leading a team, incident management, implementing IT initiatives for credit card systems, and providing technical and functional support to business and vendors.

The candidate must have a strong understanding of ITIL framework, experience in BFSI domain application support, proficiency in Oracle RDB and PL/SQL development, and knowledge of BI reporting tools, Java, and .Net. Additionally, the candidate should hold a degree in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years of experience in Application Support and development or related experience covering
• Supporting applications in BFSI Domain, including Credit Card Management, Merchant (POS/ECOM) Acquiring platforms, Origination systems, Digital Payments etc.
• Experience in Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
• Experience in Infrastructure Support, Configuration and Release Management.
• Working knowledge of Unix, Oracle, Weblogic, Java, Apache /OHS
