BOBCARD, a subsidiary of Bank of Baroda and a leading player in the credit card industry since 1994, seeks to fill the position of Manager/Assistant Manager - IT Application Support. Responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance of application systems, incident and problem management, and coordination with stakeholders.
Applicants should have experience in BFSI domain, incident and change management, infrastructure support, and ITIL framework. Educational qualifications include a Graduate/Post Graduate/Professional Degree with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably in the banking and financial services sector.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience preferably in Banking and Financial Services Sector Companies of repute
Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the application systems in operation, including tasks related to identifying and troubleshooting application issues and issues resolution or escalation.
- Responsibilities also include root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members.
- Ensures all production changes are made in accordance with life-cycle methodology and risk guidelines.
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and or acting as a subject matter expert.
