The company is currently seeking candidates for the position of Assistant Manager/Senior Officer-Card Operations (Reconciliation) based in Mumbai, with the possibility of being deputed to other locations as required. The role entails overseeing GL reconciliation portfolios to ensure accurate entries in accounting books, managing teams responsible for reconciliation activities, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis, diagnosing reconciliation gaps, and resolving identified issues.
Ideal candidates should possess problem-solving skills, knowledge of technical accounting functions, experience in financial record keeping and bookkeeping, strong attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Applicants must hold a graduate or postgraduate degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The maximum age for applicants is 45 years.
