Qualification for BMRCL Recruitment 2024
- BE/ B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics.
- Should have proven track record of minimum 22 years in Group ‘A’ executive service in Railways / PSUs/ Major Rail based urban transport projects viz. Metro Rail Corporations / RRTS / Central Power Sector Units.
- Out of this, candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience at senior level / HoD level in project involving power transmission / Traction system / Railway Electrification & SCADA.
- Should have experience in planning, tendering, bid evaluation, execution, testing & commissioning, post contract monitoring etc.
- Candidate with Railway / Metro Rail System experience shall be preferred.
- BE/ B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Mechanical Engg
- Should have proven track record of minimum 22 years in Group ‘A’ executive service in Railways / PSUs/ Major Rail based urban transport projects viz. Metro Rail Corporations / RRTS.
- Out of this, candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience at senior level / HoD level in planning, tendering, execution & commissioning of Rolling Stock or Signalling & Telecommunication components of Railways or Metro Rail Systems
- Should have experience in planning, tendering, bid evaluation, execution, testing & commissioning, post contract monitoring etc.
- Candidate with Railway / Metro Rail System experience shall be preferred.
- BE/ B. Tech in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical Engg
- Should have proven track record of minimum 20 years’ experience in Group ‘A” executive service in Railways / Railway PSUs/ Major Rail based urban transport projects viz. Metro Rail Corporations / RRTS. Out of this, the candidate should have at least 5 years’ experience in handling large value procurement tenders preferably for rolling stock thru’ international competitive bidding and have experience in Rolling stock design, preparation of technical specification, design reviews and associated interface. The Candidates with experience in procurement of Rolling Stock in Metro Rail projects shall be preferred.

Selection Process for BMRCL Recruitment 2024
- Candidates who have been shortlisted only will be called for interview.
- Post-qualification experience will only be considered. Mere possession of minimum experience does not confer any right to be called for interview / selection.
- Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or to bring political or other outside influence with regard to selection/appointment shall be a disqualification.
- Selection will be made through interview by a Committee constituted by the competent authority
