Qualifications Details for BLC Recruitment 2024
- The applicant should be an Engineering Graduate / Graduate with MBA/PGDM with good academic record from a recognized university / institution.
- The applicant should possess cumulative experience / exposure of at least 5 years during the last 10 years in service sector especially in Airlines / Shipping / Multi-modal transport / Logistics services / Logistic infrastructure / formulation and implementation of business strategies.
Age Limit for BLC Recruitment 2024
The age requirements are as follows: For internal candidates, the minimum age is 40 years, with a maximum age determined by having at least 2 years of residual service left before reaching the superannuation age of 60, as of the date of vacancy (DOV).
For external candidates (others), the minimum age is also 40 years, but the maximum age is set by requiring 3 years of residual service left before the superannuation age, as of the DOV. This ensures that both internal and external candidates have sufficient time to serve before retiring.

- Rs. 100000-260000 (IDA) for those after 01/01/2017.
- Rs. 14300-18300 (CDA) in the pre-revised scale.

Job Description and Responsibilities for BLC Recruitment 2024
Director (Services Business) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to Chairman and Managing Director. He is responsible for providing direction and guidance to the Business under his charge i.e.;
Corporate Travel Management and Holidays, Logistics Services and Logistics Infrastructure, Cold Chain, Environment Scanning, formulation and implementation of business strategies along with identification of appropriate technologies in the relevant areas.
