Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) a Public Sector Undertaking of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, and Government of India has been entrusted the responsibility of implementing this Program. It will house the Program Management Unit (PMU) that would work as an operational and functional arm to oversee and monitor program implementation.

Essential Qualifications for BIRAC Recruitment 2024
- Program Officer: M. Sc / M. Tech/ M. Pharm in life sciences, biological sciences or allied areas.
- IT Assistant: Full Time B. Tech/B.E. (CS/IT)/MCA from a recognized and reputed institute. Experience: Post Qualification, Minimum 2 years of work experience in Core and Advanced PHP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Mysql
- Senior Consultant : 4-years Bachelors/ Master’s degree program from a recognized institute in Life Sciences/ Pharma/ Bio-medical sciences/ any other allied biological sciences domain; Or Master’s in Business Administration/ Entrepreneurship/ Public Policy/ Public Health with a 3-year bachelor’s degree in life sciences;
- Associate Consultant: 4-years Bachelors/ Master’s degree program from a recognized institute in Life Sciences/ Pharma/ Bio-medical sciences/ any other allied biological sciences domain; Or Master’s in Business Administration/ Entrepreneurship/ Public Policy/ Public Health with a 3-year bachelor’s degree in life sciences;
Pay Scale for BIRAC Recruitment 2024
