BHEL invites applications from willing and qualified medical professionals (Indian Nationals only) for the post of CONTRACTUAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER (GDMO) / CONTRACTUAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER (SPECIALIST) to be engaged on Fixed Tenure Basis for a period of 2 (Two) years at its Hospitals / Dispensaries located at Trichy which can be further extended by one year at a time based on review of performance and requirement. Qualification for BHEL Recruitment 2024
- CMP -GDMO : MBBS Degree recognized by Medical Council of India and Candidate should be registered with either Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.
- CMP-Specialist : MBBS Degree with a Postgraduate Degree in the Specialty Concerned recognized by Medical Council of India and Candidate should be registered with either Medical Council of India or State Medical Council.

Salary for BHEL Recruitment 2024
- The selected candidates will be paid an all-inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 95,000/- (Rupees Ninety-Five thousand only) per month for the position of CONTRACTUAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER (GDMO) and Rs. 1,10,400/- (Rupees One Lakh Ten thousand and Four Hundred only) per month for the position of CONTRACTUAL MEDICAL PRACTITIONER (SPECIALIST).
- Reimbursement of premium paid for Mediclaim Policy upto Rs. 2 lakhs for Self, Spouse, 2 dependent children of Family, will be admissible
Age Limit for BHEL Recruitment 2024
- Upper age limit – 45 Years
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy layer) Candidates.
- The OBC Candidates who do not belong to Non-Creamy layer should indicate their category as General only (Latest amendment in Annual Income criteria notified vide DOPT OM No.36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 13.09.2017).
