BHEL, HPEP Hyderabad is seeking qualified medical professionals for the position of Contractual Medical Practitioner (Specialist) on a fixed tenure basis at BHEL General Hospital in Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad. The positions include General Surgeon, Gynecologist and Obstetrician, Pediatrician, Radiologist, and Ophthalmologist.
Candidates must have an MBBS degree with a postgraduate degree in the respective specialty, along with registration with either the Medical Council of India or State Medical Council. The upper age limit is 45 years. Walk-in interviews are scheduled for April 26, 2024, at HRDC, BHEL, RC Puram, Hyderabad. Remuneration is Rs. 1,10,400 per month, with additional benefits.

Qualification for BHEL Recruitment 2024
- For the BHEL Recruitment 2024, candidates must hold an MBBS Degree along with a Post Graduate Degree in the respective specialty recognized by the Medical Council of India. Additionally, candidates must be registered with either the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council.
- This qualification requirement ensures that candidates possess the necessary medical expertise and regulatory approval to fulfill the responsibilities of the Contractual Medical Practitioner (Specialist) positions at BHEL General Hospital in Ramachandrapuram, Hyderabad.
Pay Scale for BHEL Recruitment 2024
The selected candidates will be paid an all-inclusive monthly consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,10,400/- (Rupees One Lakh Ten thousand and Four Hundred only) per month for the position of Contractual Medical Practitioner (Specialist). Reimbursement of premium paid for Mediclaim Policy upto Rs. 2 lakhs for Self, Spouse, 2 dependent children of Family, will be admissible
Age Limit for BHEL Recruitment 2024
- Age limit (As on UR OBC 01/04/2024): Upper age limit – 45 Years
- Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC (Non Creamy layer) Candidates.
- The OBC Candidates who do not belong to Non-Creamy layer should indicate their category as General only (Latest amendment in Annual Income criteria notified vide DOPT OM No.36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 13.09.2017)
- For PwD category Candidates, age is relaxable by 10 years for General and 13 years for OBC (NonCreamy Layer) Candidates, as per rules. Persons suffering from not less than 40% of the relevant disability shall only be eligible for the benefit for PwD
- The age concession to the PwD shall be admissible irrespective of the fact whether the post is reserved for person with disabilities or not, provided the post is identified suitable for the relevant category of disability.
- Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily domiciled in the state of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from 01/01/1980 to 31/12/1989.
- Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be as per Central Government Rules.

- Candidates fulfilling the above eligibility conditions may WALK-IN for a Personal Interview along with application in the prescribed format and relevant documents/testimonials in support of eligibility in original & one set self-attested photocopy.
