Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna category Central Public Sector Enterprise and India’s leading professional Electronics Company, under Ministry of Defence, Government of India, requires professionals for the post of Project Engineer – 5 Posts on short term basis for its Pune Unit/Nagpur Location.

Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment 2025

• BE/B. Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Electrical (4 years course) from recognized University/ Institution in the relevant disciplines. Approved/Relevant Branches – Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• The Candidate should have experience in the field of Electrical Projects: HT/LT Electrical Power Supply System/Diesel Generators, Earthing System, Lighting System, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of infrastructure power projects.
• The Candidate should have experience in Installation and Commissioning of sub-station at site, Co-ordination with the contractor during laying of cables and OH lines.
• The Project Engineer (Electrical) will be responsible for site supervision for the electrical works during execution, Technical decisions at site during the execution of work, Co-ordination during electrical installations such as Transformers, Panels, Cables etc.
• Ensure smooth co-ordination during production machines installation, Measurement of works and billing, Quality checks during execution and completion.
• Mandatory Experience – Minimum 02 years post qualification work experience in the field of Electrical Engineering in one or more areas mentioned above.
• Project Engineer – I (Civil): BE/B. Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Civil (4 years course) from recognized University/ Institution in the relevant disciplines. Approved/Relevant Branches – Civil Engineering

Salary for BEL Recruitment 2025

Selection Process:

• Selection will be through a written test followed by interview of only those candidates who qualify the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit in each category.
• Written Test will consist of objective type questions for 85 marks from Technical domain and General Aptitude.
• All candidates shall secure 35% (GEN/OBC/EWS) and 30% (ST/PwBD) as qualifying marks in written test.
• The assessment weightage will be 85% and 15% for written test and interview respectively.
• Call letters will be sent to the e-mail IDs of eligible candidates for attending the written test. BEL will not be responsible for bouncing of any e-mail sent to the candidate.
• Date, time and center details of the written test will be intimated by e-mail in due course.
• Intimation about the Personal Interview will be given to shortlisted candidates in the Interview Call Letter via e-mail only.
• All outstation candidates shortlisted for Interview will be reimbursed with AC Chair Car / III Tier AC class train fare by the shortest route between the correspondence address and place of interview on production of valid train tickets. There will be no reimbursement of fare for attending the written test.

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2025

To apply for BEL Recruitment 2025, candidates must be Upper age limit as on 01.12.2024 32 Years. Age relaxation is available for reserved categories, including SC/ST, OBC, and PWBD, as per company norms.

Fee for BEL Recruitment 2025

• Rs.472/- (Rs.400/- + 18% GST)
• Exemption; Candidates belonging to SC, ST, and PwBD categories are exempted frompayment of application fee.
• GEN/ EWS/ OBC candidates have to enter “SBI Collect reference number” generated after payment in the online application form. Please check the link given on the BEL website regarding instructions for making SBI Online payments. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.

How to Apply for BEL Recruitment 2025

• Candidates who meet the above requirement may fill in the application form using online link provided at BEL Website www.bel-india.in. Online link will be open to apply from 18.12.2024/Wednesday.
• Candidates are required to read all instructions given in the advertisement and enter all information correctly in the online application form and verify the same before submission as changes shall not be permitted after submission of the application form.
• In case a candidate submits more than one application for the same post, the application against which bank receipt is deposited shall only be considered. Further if the candidate submits two application forms with bank receipts for the same post, the application with latest registration number shall only be considered.
• Before applying for the post, the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement. No manual/paper application will be entertained. No hard copy application will be accepted.
