Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024
Candidates should have registered with ICMAI / ICAI and pass CMA/ CA (intermediate). Initial tenure of the Management Industrial Trainee (MIT – Finance) shall be one Year. However, extension for One Year may be considered after reviewing the performance of the candidate. The tenure of the MIT (Finance) including their extension period shall not exceed maximum period of Three years.
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
The stipend payable to the MIT (Finance) with the qualification of CMA/CA (intermediate pass) shall be Rs.18,000/- per month for first year, on extension Rs.19,000/- per month for second year and Rs.20,000/- per month for third year.
Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
The Maximum age of the candidates shall not exceed 25 years as on 01.08.2024.
Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024
They will be engaged through written test /interview.
