Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a distinguished Navaratna company operating under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, is conducting walk-in interviews for the post of Apprenticeship in Bengaluru. Scheduled for July 16, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Centre for Learning & Development (CLD), Jalahalli Post, Bengaluru – 560013, the recruitment is specifically for Non-Engineering Graduates from southern states (Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana).
Candidates must have graduated from a recognized Board/University after January 1, 2020, holding a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA). The age limit is 25 years, with relaxations for SC/ST, OBC, and Persons with Disabilities as per government regulations.
The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 12,500, of which Rs. 8,000 will be provided by BEL and Rs. 4,500 through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by the Government. Qualifications Details for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Candidate’s domicile must be from any of the southern states only (Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana).
- Candidates should possess a Graduation from a recognized Board/University on or after 01-01-2020.
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
Candidate’s upper age limit is 25 years. Relaxation of 5 years for SC & ST candidates. Relaxation of 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with disabilities. Minimum Percentage in Graduation for General & OBC candidates should be 50% & above. For SC/ST candidates minimum Percentage in Graduation should be 40% & above.
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
The monthly stipend amounts to Rs. 12,500 (Rupees Twelve Thousand Five Hundred). Of this total, Rs. 8,000 will be provided by BEL, while the remaining Rs. 4,500 will be disbursed by the Government through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2024
Selection is purely on the basis of merit of the marks secured in the written test. Statutory Reservation will be as per Government norms. Selected candidates will be informed through E-Mail followed by publishing of list of selected candidates in BEL Website.
