BEL Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
- Degree in any discipline + Should be in the rank of Jr. Commissioned officer with 15 years of service in the Indian army/ Air Force/ Navy or Central Paramilitary organizations.
- Period of Employment: 15 years or date of Superannuation (60 years) whichever is earlier
- Qualification: Ex-servicemen retired / Serving officers retiring shortly with Degree in any discipline & should be in the rank of Jr. Commissioned officer with 15 years of service in the Indian army/ Air Force/ Navy or Central Paramilitary organizations.
- Post Qualification Experience: Should be in the rank of Jr. Commissioned officer (JCO) with 15 years of service in the Indian army / Air Force / Navy or Central Paramilitary organizations. Candidates from the Armored Corps, Corps of Artillery and Infantry will be preferred.
- Job Description: The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to management & operations of various facilities in BEL CHENNAI. He shall monitor, supervise & effectively manage the infrastructure & operational requirements of canteen, auditorium, Guest House, CSR Projects and various other contracts at the Unit.
- Upper Age Limit As On_01.06.2024: The candidate should not be more than 50 years of age as on 01.06.2024
BEL Recruitment 2024 Salary
The selected candidate will be inducted in the minimum of the pay scale of Rs. 30,000 - 3% - 1,20,000/-. In addition to basic pay other allowances like Dearness Allowance, HRA, 35% of basic pay as perks, PF, Group insurance, Performance Related Pay, Gratuity, medical reimbursement for self and dependent family members, etc., as per Company rules will be a part of the pay package.
BEL Recruitment 2024 Selection Procedure
Selection will be through written test followed by interview for candidates who have been shortlisted in the written test. The date of the selections, timings and venue will be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through e-mail only.
