Position, Vacancy for BEL Recruitment 2024
Post: Project Engineer-I
No. of posts: Electronics / Computer Science - 4
Number of vacancies may be increased or decreased based on the actual requirement at the discretion of the Management. Reservation for Persons with Disability (PwBD) concession/relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Government guidelines.
Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024
4 Years B.E./ B.Tech. in the discipline of Computer Science / Computer Science Engineering / Computer Science & Engineering / Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Telecommunication Engineering candidate from an AICTE approved College / Institute or a recognized University.
2 years’ relevant post qualification experience in the field of Programing C & C++ languages. Only relevant post qualification experience will be considered
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
Project Engineers will be engaged initially for a period of THREE years which may be extended upto a maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on Project requirement and individual’s performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 1st year, Rs. 45,000/- per month for 2nd year, Rs. 50,000/- per month for 3rd year and Rs. 55,000/- per month for 4th year.

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
Upper age limit as on 01.10.2024: 32 Years, The upper age limit mentioned above is for General & EWS candidates. The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC candidates by 3 years. Upper age limit will be relaxable by 10 years for candidates belonging to Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) category in addition to the relaxation applicable to their respective category.

Project Engineer-I: Rs. 472/- (Rs. 400 + 18%GST), Candidates belonging to PwBD, SC and ST categories are exempted from payment of application fee
Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024
Selection will be through a written test followed by interview of only those candidates who qualify the written test. Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on performance in the written test in the respective category.
