Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024
3 years Degree in any discipline, SSC Officer of Captain rank from Indian Army / equivalent rank from Navy / Air force/Class I Gazetted Officer of Central Paramilitary Organisations (CAPF‟s). Should be in JCO grade at the time of leaving the Army / Navy / Air Force / Central Paramilitary Organizations (CAPF‟s)
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Security Officer: Grade E-II : Pay Scale: Rs.40,000/- - 3% - Rs.1,40,000/- + admissible allowances CTC : Rs. 10.34 Lakhs (Approx.)
- Assistant Security Officer: Grade : E-I Pay Scale : Rs. 30,000/- - 3% - Rs.1,20,000/- + admissible allowances CTC : Rs. 7.75 Lakhs (Approx.)
Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Security Officer: 32 Years
- Assistant Security Officer: 40 Years
- Relaxation in age will be applicable to the Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines.
- The application of the candidates not meeting the prescribed age criteria will be rejected /cancelled without any prior intimation.
- The upper age limit will be relaxable for OBC(NCL) candidates by 03 years and SC/ST candidates by 05 years.
- SSLC/SSC/ISC mark card and any other valid document will be considered as proof of date of birth.
Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024
The candidates meeting the criteria mentioned in the advertisement will be shortlisted for the selection process. Eligible Candidates will be called for Written Test for 85 marks and those who clear the same will be shortlisted for Interview for 15 marks. The place of written test and interview will be in Bengaluru only.
