Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024
M.Com (Master degree in Commerce from recognized university / institute / College with PASS CLASS). Minimum Post Qualification Experience as on 01.09.2024: 2 Years
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
Project Officer-I (Finance) : will be engaged initially for a period of Three years which may be extended up to a maximum of ONE Year (i.e. maximum tenure of 4 years) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs .40,000/-, Rs. 45,000/-, Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 55,000/- for 1st, 2nd, 3rd year and 4th year of contract, respectively.

Application fee of Rs. 472/- ( Rs. 400/- + 18% GST) for Project Officer by DD in favour of “Bharat Electronics Limited” payable at New Delhi is required to be attached along with application. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024
- The selection for the post of Project Officer-I (Finance) shall be through written test followed by interview for shortlisted candidates on same day. The assessment weightage will be 85% and 15% for written test and interview respectively.
- All Candidates who meet the stipulated eligibility criteria shall be called for the written test. Candidates in the ratio of 1:5 based on the performance in the written test shall be called for interview.

- Candidates are required to send hard copy of the duly filled in application form & Demand Draft along with the following self-attested photocopies of the documents (one set in following mentioned sequence) by post only to:
