BEL Recruitment 2024 Qualifications
- The candidates should possess the qualification of SSLC (Pass) and the experience as specified above & the reservation is 100% for Ex-servicemen.
- Candidates should have an ‘Exemplary’/ ‘Very Good’ record and medical category should be ‘AYE’/Shape -1 or equivalent.
- Fire training and possession of Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving License with relevant experience from the Armed Forces, is desirable
- Ability to speak, read and write Hindi/English and Computer literacy is desirable.
- Document of Registration number of DISTRICT SAINIK WELFARE BOARD.
BEL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
- Upper Age limit on 01.02.2024: UR: 43 years, OBC-NCL: 46 /years, SC/ST: 48/ years
BEL Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale
- WG-III/CP-III – Rs. 20,500-3% -79,000/- + admissible allowances
- Selected candidates will be inducted in the pay scales as mentioned above. In addition to Basic Pay, other allowance like Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Perquisites at the rate of 30% of the annual basic pay, reimbursement of medical expenses, Group Insurance, PF, Pension, Gratuity etc. as per Company rules will be a part of remuneration package.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2024
