BEL is seeking an experienced professional to join their organization as General Manager (Arms & Ammunition) at the E-VIII level. This role, located in Bengaluru, offers a pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 to Rs. 2,80,000, with an approximate annual package of 45 lakhs.
Applicants must be 55 years old or younger and possess a first-class degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg.) or equivalent, with additional qualifications in Advanced Weapons, Guided Weapons, Ammunition & Explosive manufacturing, or Explosion & Safety being advantageous. Candidates should also have at least 15 years of cumulative experience in the development, trials, validation, or production of missiles, rockets, bombs, ammunition, or explosives from a reputable organization.
The selection process includes a personal interview, and only shortlisted candidates based on qualifications and relevant experience will be called for an interview. Qualifications Details for BEL Recruitment 2024
