Qualification for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Candidates should have secured Pass Class in Three years Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in Electronics/Electronics & Communication /Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/ Tele-communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Communication/ Telecommunication/Electrical.
- Should be in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent at the time of discharge. Experience as on 01.02.2024: Minimum 15 Years of relevant post - qualification experience
Pay Scale for BEL Recruitment 2024
Rs 30000 - 3% - Rs 120000.
In addition to the above mentioned Pay Scale, Dearness Allowance, HRA, 35% of basic pay as perks, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Provident Fund, Gratuity, Group Med claim Insurance, Medical Reimbursement, medical facility for self and dependent family members and Leave Encashment, as per the Company's rules will be part of the remuneration package.

Age Limit for BEL Recruitment 2024
The candidate should not be more than 50 years of age. The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC & ST candidates by 5 years and OBC candidates by 3 years.
Selection Procedure for BEL Recruitment 2024
- Selection will be through a Written Test for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test.
- The date of written test and interview shall be intimated by E Mail to the shortlisted candidates.
