Broadcast Engineering Consultants India Ltd (BECIL) has announced recruitment for 23 positions of Patient Care Managers and Patient Care Coordinators. The application deadline is August 22, 2024. The age limit is up to 40 years for Patient Care Managers and up to 35 years for Patient Care Coordinators.
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences and relevant post-graduation qualifications for managers, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or any field for coordinators, along with at least one year of hospital experience.

Qualifications Details for BECIL Recruitment 2024
Patient Care Managers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences* with full time Post Graduation Qualification in Hospital (or/and Healthcare) Management from recognized university.
- Botany, Zoology, Bio-technology, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences, Bio-informatics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biology etc.
- At least one year experience in a hospital after acquisition of the aforementioned qualifications
Patient Care Coordinator
- Full Time Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences* (preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Botany, Zoology, Bio-technology, Microbiology, Environmental Sciences, Bio-informatics, Physiology, Biochemistry, Biology etc.
- At least one year experience in a hospital after acquisition of the aforementioned qualification.
Age Limit for BECIL Recruitment 2024
- Patient Care Managers : Not more than 40 yrs. on the date of joining
- Patient Care Coordinator : Not more than 35 years on the date of joining.

Role and Responsibilities for BECIL Recruitment 2024
Patient Care Managers
- Management of the patient care coordinators
- Ensure that the PCCs are in full attendance and ensure replacement/alternative in case of absenteeism
- Act as the first point of escalation for any issues that are reported by PCCs
- Management of patient movement from waiting area to respective OPDs/ emergency in batches
- Overall management of process implementation
- To implement National Health Schemes
Patient Care Coordinator
- Help and guide patients in a compassionate manner
- Ensure smooth functioning of the process workflow
- Manage seating of patients at OPD, day care, emergency and OT waiting areas
- Operation of access control scanners and kiosks
- To implement National Health schemes
- Assisting and providing navigational support to patients
