AC/Refegerant operator

• ITI in Refrigeration, Electrical & Mechanical Trade.
• Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the HVAC/VRV system

Chiller/Boiler Operator-(Highly Skilled)

• ITI in refrigeration/mechanical/electrical.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience and experience chiller of capacity 500 Ton & 250 TR respectively.

STP operator(Highly Skilled)

• ITI in Electrical/Mechanical or any engineering trade.
• Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience.

RO/WTP operator(Skilled)

• ITI in Electrical/Mechanical or any engineering trade.
• Must have a minimum of 1 years of experience in the water treatmentnplant.

IT Technician

• Graduate/Certificate in Hardware/Networking field with 1 year experience
• 12th Passed with 2+ year experience

IT Engineer

• Graduate (BCA, MCA, B.Tech, CS, BSc-IT or related IT field and above) with minimum 3 years of experience

MDP Room Keeping Executive(Skilled)

• (10+2), 1.5 years Diploma in Housekeeping Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management Hotel Administration.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience as House-Keeping Executive HouseKeeping Manager in a 4/5 Star Hotel.

Job Responsibilities For BECIL Recruitment 2024

AC/Refegerant operator

• One should be familiar with HVAC and VRV systems.
• Troubleshoots, maintains, modifies, and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems (HVAC & VRV) and equipment including wall hanging AC units, chillers and fan motors, pumps and pump motors and associated safety, over current and other equipment protection devices ensuring that they operate at peak efficiency and conserve energy usage.
• Installs mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facility’s cooling systems.
• Must be able to fill the refrigerant gas when required.
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on packaged units, VRV systems, air compressors, pumps, 250-ton chiller, and duties as assigned by the in-charge.
• Willing to work in shift

Chiller/Boiler Operator-(Highly Skilled)

• To operate and maintain heater-type boiler and water-cooled based chiller.
• Maintenance of the desired temperature in summers & winters.
• Must be able to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
• checking of all the safeties of the boiler and chiller
• Must know the operation of water discharge pumps, PRV
• Perform a variety of plumbing tasks such as repairing, and maintenance of the boiler & chiller.
• Operating various tools and equipment, log filling, and duties as assigned by the incharge. Willing to work in shifts

STP operator(Highly Skilled)

• Professional experience in sewage treatment plant operation
• Knowledge of environmental protection procedures and standards,
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions, Familiarity with the operation of sewage treatment plant equipment and installations,
• Readiness to work in shifts, Familiarity with environmental protection and occupational safety regulations, Ability to work in a team,
• Conscientiousness and responsibility for assigned tasks,
• Technical education related to environmental protection or related fields and duties as assigned by the in-charge.

RO/WTP operator(Skilled)

• Operate and monitor water treatment equipment and processes to ensure the delivery of clean and safe drinking water to the community,
• Perform regular inspections and tests on water samples to monitor the quality of treated water, including pH levels, chlorine levels, turbidity, and other parameters,
• Adjust treatment processes and equipment settings as necessary to maintain compliance with regulatory standards,
• Maintain accurate records of water treatment plant operations, including daily logs,test results, chemical usage, and maintenance activities,
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water treatment equipment, such as pumps, valves, filters, and chemical feed systems, and duties as assigned by the in- charge

IT Technician

• Operation & Maintenance of Wi-Fi, network devices, CCTV cameras, Cabling, patch cord, Installation of Desktop, printers, IP & Analog Phone handling, software etc.

IT Engineer

• Practical Hands-on/ Skill set- Cisco/Juniper/Arista Devices, Firewall, VLAN configuration, Linux and Microsoft Server etc. Virtual Machine & Server creation & maintenance.
• Network Configuration and Maintenance, troubleshooting for Access Switches and network devices.
• Advanced Technical Support, System Administration, Ip routing, IP Subnetting, CCTV, IP & Analog Phone handling & configuration etc. Physical & Virtual Server creation & maintenance

MDP Room Keeping Executive(Skilled)

• Conduct daily cleaning of all guest rooms/suites of the MDP block of IIM Jammu . Shall make the beds, change bedsheets, blankets, clean dustbins etc. of all the rooms regularly.
• Ensure cleaning of overall surroundings of the MDP Block.
• Ensure lumishings, equipment, food and beverages, linens, public restrooms, labby, ate clean and in appropriate position to meet guest satisfaction.
• Control expenses and minimize waste in all areas of housekeeping Arrange for Laundry & ironing facility for guest as and when required.
• Keep large spaces, such as boardrooms or conference rooms, hall free of clutter.
• Also ensure that the kitchen is stocked with fresh food and drink and all appliances are in working order.
• .Assure all safety and security policies and procedures are followed for using the MDP block .Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel is an added advantage.
• Take up other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
