Qualifications Details for BECIL Recruitment 2024
Station Head cum Station Manager
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree or (Forty Diploma in Mass Communication from recognized Institute/University.
- Graduation degree or diploma in Thousand Mass Communication from recognized Institute or University.
- Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in Media (Audio/Video) Industry.
Sound Recordist cum Technical Engineer
- Degree/Diploma in Sou nd recording/Electrical Eng ineering/Electron ics Engineering./Electronics & Communication Engineering. Desirable:- Should have good voice and knowledge of recording software (Cubase & Neundo)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Media (AudioA/ideo) lndustry.
Pay Scale for BECIL Recruitment 2024
- Station Head cum Station Manager : Rs.40,000/- per month (Forty Thousand only)
- Sound Recordist cum Technical Engineer : Rs.30,000/- per month (Thirty Thousand only)
Responsibilities for BECIL Recruitment 2024
Station Head cum Station Manager
- Overall management of radio facility including the development of content, public relation, coordination with experts and their interviews, community engagement.
- To assure code of conduct for radio broadcasting is being followed by the radio team.
- Maintaining broadcasting schedule.
- Coordination with station in charge/ University authorities.
Sound Recordist cum Technical Engineer
- Mainly responsible for radio operations, upkeep of facility including periodic checks of the equipment.
- Preventive maintenance of the facility including electricity supply (main and through UPS), earthing etc.
- To manage the programming (as perthe radio act for broadcasting), recording, editing and keeping the records of audio files.
- Maintaining the fresh programs as well as logs/archives of previous programs/broadcast.
- Operations/scheduling of programs in consultation with station head or incharge
Selection Process for BECIL Recruitment 2024
- The engagement shall be purely on contract basis.
