Qualification for BDRCL Recruitment 2024
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Chartered Accountant (must be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).
Mandatory Experience (Post-Qualification):
- Minimum 1 year for Assistant Manager (AM) position.
- Minimum 3 years for Manager position.
- Relevant experience in Corporate Accounting, Finance, Taxation, bookkeeping, Advance Tax, TDS, GST, and IND-AS.
Desirable:
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in undertakings and/or PSUs within the Railways or Logistics sectors.
Job Profile:
- Timely preparation of quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements in the format prescribed by the Companies Act, 2013, including significant accounting policies and notes to the accounts in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards (IND-AS).
- Coordination with banks for loan-related compliance and payments.
- Coordination with company auditors for statutory, internal, tax, and CAG audits.
- Coordination with credit rating agencies.
Selection Procedure for BDRCL Recruitment 2024
