BDL is recruiting for the positions of Deputy General Manager (Product Support Group-GSD) and Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager (Product Support Group - MRSAM) on immediate absorption basis or re-employed pensioner.
For the Deputy General Manager role, one position is available in Grade VI with a pay scale of Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/-. Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of physical service experience in the Armed Forces with a pay scale of Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000/- or above, along with a First Class Graduate/Post Graduate degree recognized by the Government.
Desirable qualifications include an MBA. The maximum age limit is 52 years as of March 19, 2024. Additionally, for the Senior Manager/Deputy General Manager position in the Product Support Group - MRSAM, one vacancy is available in Grade V with a pay scale of Rs. 70,000 - 2,00,000/- for Senior Manager and Rs. 80,000 - 2,20,000/- for Deputy General Manager.

Qualifications Details for BDL Recruitment 2024
- Candidates applying for the positions must hold a First Class Graduate or Post Graduate degree from universities or institutes recognized by the Government.
- Additionally, having a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is desirable.
- Qualifications should be awarded by recognized universities or institutes to be considered for these roles.
Age Limit for BDL Recruitment 2024
- For SM: The maximum age of the candidate including all relaxations as applicable should not exceed 45 years of age as on 19.03.2024.
- For DGM: The maximum age of the candidate including all relaxations as applicable should not exceed 52 years of age as on 19.03.2024.
Pay Scale for BDL Recruitment 2024
- Senior Manager: The Candidate should have a minimum 12 years of experience (Physical Service) in the Armed Forces (Indian Army / Indian Navy / Indian Airforce) and working / worked in the pay scale of Rs. 60.000 - 1,80.000/- or above.
- Deputy General Manager : The Candidate should have a minimum 15 years of experience (Physical Service) in the Armed Forces (Indian Army / Indian Navy / Indian Airforce) and working / worked in the pay scale of Rs. 70,000 - 2,00.000/- or above
