Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) has announced vacancies for the post of Driver (T) Cat-II at their subsidiary, HaHa Minimum. The eligibility criteria require candidates to be permanent employees of BCCL with a minimum qualification of passing class-VIII and possession of a valid heavy vehicle driving license.
The total vacancies are 59, with specific allocations for different categories. Only permanent employees meeting the specified qualifications as of September 30, 2023, are eligible to apply, with trainees excluded. Applicants from higher posts must submit an undertaking agreeing to accept a lower post if selected.
A "GOOD" CR rating for the completed year of service is necessary, with additional requirements for candidates with over three years of service. Selection will be based on a trade/aptitude test assessing driving skills, familiarity with vehicles, and knowledge of traffic rules. The minimum pass marks for general and SC/ST candidates are 40 and 35, respectively, out of 100. In case of tied scores, seniority based on appointment date and age will be considered. Qualifications Details for BCCL Recruitment 2024
- Any lorry cleaner/helper or any other permanent employee of the company.
- Must have passed class-VIll standard
- Must be in possession of valid driving license for heavy vehicle.
- Candidate must have minimum "GOOD" CR rating for the completed year of service and in case of candidates who have completed more than 03 years of service, then CR rating for last 03 years will be required.
Pay Scale for BCCL Recruitment 2024
Candidates applying for the notified post from a higher post/category/grade must provide an undertaking confirming their willingness to accept a lower post/grade if selected, without raising any disputes. Selection Process for BCCL Recruitment 2024
- The selection of candidate shall be subject to the vacancy as per the Approved Manpower Budget of BCCL for the year 2023-24.
- Selection will be through trade or aptitude test. The test wil be of 100 marks. The candidate shall be tested for his/her driving skills, familiarization with the vehicle, knowledge of traffic rules and regulations. For general candidates pass marks will be 40 out of 100 marks and for SC/ST candidates pass marks will be 35 out of 100 marks.
