Baroda U.P. Bank has released a recruitment notification for the position of BC Supervisor, with a total of 5 vacancies. Candidates must have a minimum educational qualification of Graduation, along with basic computer knowledge. Preference will be given to applicants with qualifications such as M.Sc, MCA, BE (IT), or MBA.
For retired bank officers, the age should be less than 65 years with a minimum of 3 years of rural banking experience. The salary for the position is Rs. 15,000 per month on a contract basis for one year, with additional variable honorarium based on performance.
Selection will be based on an interview, and candidates must apply online/offline by the deadline of May 20, 2024. Permanent residents of the same or adjacent district are eligible to apply, and applications received after the deadline will not be considered. Qualification for Baroda U.P. Bank Recruitment 2024
- For young applicants: Those whose minimum educational qualification is Graduation (and basic computer knowledge), age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years as on 30 June 2024. M.Sc. Preference will be given to applicants having educational qualification of (IT)/ BE (IT) /MCA / MBA.
- For Retired Bank Officers: Retired officers of any rural bank, nationalized / scheduled bank whose age is less than 65 years as on 30 June 2024 and who have minimum 03 years of rural banking experience.
Pay Scale for Baroda U.P. Bank Recruitment 2024
Contract period and honorarium: Appointment for this work will be done on contract basis for one year and For which the fixed honorarium is Rs. 15000/- and for the variable honorarium it is Rs. 1000/- to Rs. Rs.3000/- per month (depending on performance) will be given.
Selection Procedure for Baroda U.P. Bank Recruitment 2024
Bank Mitra Supervisor will be selected on the basis of interview and total number of vacancies is 05. The Bank has full right to postpone or cancel the selection without assigning any reason.
