Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers (including those who retired voluntarily) from any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager.
- Retired clerks and equivalents from Bank of Baroda who have passed JAIIB and have a good track record.
- All retired bank employees must have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.
- The maximum age for continued service as a BC supervisor is 65 years.
For Young Candidates:
- Minimum qualification is a graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.); M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be preferred.
- Age should be between 21 and 45 years at the time of appointment.
- The maximum age for continued service as a BC supervisor is 65 years.
Pay Scale for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
The remuneration for BC Supervisors will consist of both fixed and variable components:
- Fixed Component: ₹15,000/- per month
- Variable Component: Up to ₹10,000/- per month
The variable component will be determined based on the performance score of each BC agent across various parameters.
Selection Procedure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
• Mode of selection: Interview Only
• Based on the eligibility, candidates will be shortlisted for interview process.
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview in due course
