Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
The position is open to retired officers (including those who have voluntarily retired) from any PSU bank up to the rank of Chief Manager. Additionally, retired clerks and equivalents from Bank of Baroda who have passed JAIIB and have a good track record are eligible. All retired bank employee applicants must have at least three years of rural banking experience.
Minimum qualification for applicants is a graduate degree with basic computer knowledge (including MS Office, email, and Internet). However, candidates with higher qualifications such as M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be given preference.
Pay Scale for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
The BC Supervisors will receive a monthly remuneration consisting of both fixed and variable components. The fixed component will be Rs. 15,000, while the variable component will amount to Rs. 10,000.
Age Limit for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
For Retired Bank Employees: The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
For Young Candidates: Should be in the age group of 21-45 years at the time of appointment. The maximum age for continuation of BC supervisors will be 65 years.
Selection Procedure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
The Regional Office will thoroughly scrutinize the application forms and based on the eligibility of the candidates’ short list them for interview process. The Regional Office will sent intimation to the short listed candidates through e-mail only giving details about the date, time and venue of the interview.
