Qualification for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
a) For Retired Bank Employees:
i. Eligibility: Retired Officers (including those who have retired voluntarily) from any bank (Public Sector Undertaking, Regional Rural Bank, Private Bank, or Co-operative Bank) up to the rank of Chief Manager or equivalent are eligible for appointment.
ii. Retired Clerks: Retired clerks and equivalent staff from Bank of Baroda who have passed the JAIIB exam with a good track record are also eligible.
iii. Experience Requirement: All applicants must have at least 3 years of rural banking experience.
iv. Age Limit: The maximum age for continuing as a BC Supervisor is 65 years.
b) For Young Candidates:
i. Educational Qualification: A minimum of a graduate degree is required, along with knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, Internet, etc.). Higher qualifications such as M.Sc (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA will be given preference.
ii. Age Limit: Candidates should be between 21 and 45 years of age at the time of appointment.
iii. Age Limit for Continuation: The maximum age for continuing as a BC Supervisor is 65 years.
Pay Scale for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
The monthly remuneration for a BC Supervisor will include both fixed and variable components:
- Fixed Component: ₹15,000
- Variable Component: ₹10,000
The variable component of the remuneration will be determined based on the BC Supervisor's performance, evaluated monthly against specific parameters. These parameters will be set by the Committee on Financial Inclusion according to the business requirements and may be adjusted periodically.
Selection Procedure for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
The selection process will involve an interview conducted by a committee chaired by the Regional Head. The committee will also include the Chief Manager or Officer in Charge of Financial Inclusion for the region. Following the committee’s recommendations, the Regional Head will make the final decision to approve the appointment or renewal of the contract for each BC Supervisor.
