Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 Qualifications Details
FLC Counselor:
- Shall be a Graduate from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates having PG Degree in the area of Agriculture, veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology & social work.
- Should be well conversant with the local language.
- Shall be a flair for teaching and possess sound Computer Knowledge.
- Should have sound knowledge of banking, Insurance, Investment, Pension, Law, and Finance. Should possess excellent communication & Team building skills.
Watchman/ Gardener: Should have passed 7th Standard.
Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 Age Limit
- Maximum 64 Years for FLC Counselor
- 22-40 years Watchman/ Gardener
Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024 Pay Scale
- FLC Counselor: Consolidated remuneration/month will be Rs. 18,000/-
- Watchman/ Gardener: Consolidated salary of Rs. 6,000/- which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount not exceeding 10% of preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered.
