Bank of Baroda is recruiting for the position of BC Supervisor in Puttur, Karnataka, with one vacancy available. The salary for the role is fixed at Rs. 15,000/- per month, along with a monthly conveyance allowance of Rs. 2,000/-. For retired bank employees, including officers up to the rank of Chief Manager, and retired clerks of Bank of Baroda with a good track record, rural banking experience of at least three years is required. Qualifications Details for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired Bank officers (including voluntarily retired) of any Bank (PSY/RRB/Private Banks/Co-operative Banks) up to Rank of Chief Manager/equivalent.
- Retired clerks and equivalent of Bank of Baroda having passed JAIlB with good track record
- All retired bank employees applicants should have rural banking experience of at least 3 years.
For Young Candidates: Minimum qualification should be Graduate with Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet etc.), however qualification like M.Sc. (IT)/ BE (IT)/ MCA/MBA will be given preference.

Pay Scale for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
- The remuneration structure for BC Supervisors will include both fixed and variable components on a monthly basis. The fixed components consist of a Rs. 15,000/- salary and Rs. 2,000/- for monthly conveyance. Additionally, there's a Rs. 10,000/- variable component. The variable component is determined based on specific criteria related to the performance of BC agents.
- Firstly, it includes ensuring the complete inspection of all allotted BC locations within the month using an Android-based mobile inspection app. Secondly, 75% of the BC agent allocation to each BC supervisor must be active for 21 days (SSA location) or 24 days (Non SSA location) in the month. Thirdly, a minimum of 90% of BC locations must be active for at least 15 days in a month. Lastly, 60% of the BC agents allocated to the BC supervisor must have a minimum "satisfactory" grading.
- Based on these parameters, the variable component of Rs. 10,000/- is determined for each BC Supervisor.
